BONES AND MORE AG is a wholesaler specialized in distribution and production of high quality dog accessories.

We have been cooperating with the Finnish company HURTTA for over 10 years and we are currently expanding our offer.

Together with the world's leading manufacturer of cooling technology, we have developed the most powerful cooling vest for dogs under the brand cani.cool.

Our team consists of dog-loving employees, who will be happy to help you with any problem.

We deliver with DPD. We are free to use other logistics companies for shipping.

Delivery is made to the following countries: Germany, Austria, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Belgium, Denmark, France, Spain, Italy, Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland. The goods are shipped from our warehouse in Austria.

Unless otherwise specified in the respective offer, the delivery of the (stock) goods in the domestic market (Germany) will be made within 3 - 10 days after the conclusion of the contract (in case of agreed prepayment, after the date of receipt of payment).

It should be noted that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.

If items with different delivery times have been ordered, we will send the goods in one shipment, unless we have made other agreements. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time.

The dog should be measured according to the size tables at the respective products before the corresponding product is ordered.

However, if one of our products does not fit the dog, they can be returned to us. Please use the appropriate contact forms in our store.

We reserve the right to make deductions in the refund if:

  •     The product is not in its original packaging or has been used.
  •     The product is dirty, damaged, contains dog hair or smells.
  •     The product labels have been removed

Deductions can be up to 50% of the product price.

ATTENTION: Outlet products can not be returned!

For retailers: The goods can not be returned

  1. Register your return with us
  2. Pack the product and enclose the delivery bill
  3. Keep the postal receipt until we confirm the receipt of the return shipment

The items for return must be in their original packaging and must not contain any signs of use.

Furthermore, it must be strictly ensured that all labels are present on the product and that the goods are absolutely free of animal hair or other soiling.

If a returned item does not meet these criteria, we may make appropriate deductions from the refund or refuse to accept it.

It is essential to keep the receipt received from the post office when posting the return. It is considered as a proof that a product was sent back to us.

The costs for the return shipment is paid by the customer unless it is a case of incorrect delivery by BONES AND MORE AG.

Business customers generally cannot return the goods.

An exception exists if the products were sent damaged or if it is a faulty delivery from BONES AND MORE AG.
